Hyde Park Electric - Shell Office - 4403 Guadalupe

Gilger Contractors was the construction manager for the demolition and new construction / remodel of the Historic Hyde Park Electric building in Austin. The project consisted of new shell space of 3,400 sf while maintaining the historic front facade along Guadalupe. The shell building will be leased and finished out for new office and retail.
